I have a concept in planing.
ftcarena.com has been registered.
My plan is to create an eco environment for ftc.
On the page you should be able to:
*mine ftc (not sure if im going to create a pool, or just reference to p2pool nodes), would be great to keep it inhouse with own mining client/ftc storage account
*gamble (texas holdem against other people, maybe some other games)
*play free games with ftc payout for best highscore.
*Lottery
*hope to get a java mining client (something like bitminter java client).
To explain my goal in an easy way:
Say your a person that likes to play some poker, now you’ll be able to play “cash” games with ftc, and if your on a bad streak and lose all your ftc.
just turn on your ftc mining client, and wait for tomorrow to have more “chips” to play with=).
If im able to integrate some easy mining client it would attract the “average man in the street”, who just wants to do something fun, and is not to interested in the whole crypto concept.

The games would have to use small ftc bets if you intend for, people,to just mine new ftc in order to play. Most people don’t have rigs that would bet them any significant ftc (your everyman).

That should not be a problem.
Just create different tables with different small/big blinds, and some with “max allowed ftc brought to table”
That way you’ll be able to have highroller tables, and “the little guy” tables 8)
In the lottery part you would be able to create as many tickets/amount pr tickets, then the price pool from all that have entered would be divided over the winning numbers.
The payout would consist of how many numbers you had correct/the amount you paid for your ticket.
The free play part would be payed by my wallet, alternative there would be a small fee on the gambling that would accumulate into a price pool for all a random lottery/highscore payout.
