Start up a proper full desktop wallet and transfer the funds there instead. The mobile wallet is meant to take a small of cash out (because : easily stolen, broke or lost), unless you regularly back up (after each payment / change) it is not advised.

My problem is:
- I sent my money from bittrex to wallet.
- On my wallet appeared currency.
- After some troubles with application there, money disappeared. All I can see now is 0 FTC on my account.
That’s the problem
I have not access to my FTC, I can not transfer this money anywhere now. Moreover my FTC aren’t on the bittrex website too. I just lost access to my money, and I only want to recover it.

Im newbie in this topic, but This ftc must be somewhere… i had it on my wallet but something broke with your application and once beautiful day I saw 0 FTC on my wallet. What can I do to transfer this FTC back on bittrex?

Your money appears to be on Bitrex?? You are mistaken it appeared in any mobile wallet, that is impossible, it can’t be in 2 wallets (addresses) at once.

From the evidence you have given some thing failed (wrong password?) when you tried to transfer out of Bitrex.

And if you open your Mobile Wallet App - can you see the status bar at the bottom ?
Edit: The status bar at the bottom of the Mobile Wallet app will tell you how long it has left to sync…or how far it is behind the latest block.

Lol…so in order for you to see your coins… you need to wait till it’s fully synced.
You sent your coins recently.
Your Mobile Wallet App is 30 months behind, so your Mobile Wallet only knows about transactions that happened 30 months ago…not the recent transaction you did.
I think it’s safe to say if you leave your mobile wallet to sync…when it’s synced 100% and is upto date, you will see your coins.

You won’t the transfer till that (recent) part of the blockchain with your transaction in is fully synced in your wallet …

How long is a piece of string ? … It really depends on internet speed, speed of your phone etc… I would suggest connecting your phone to a fast wifi network …that should improve syncing.
