Difficulty going up as well.

That is good news, especially if it has resulted increased the baseline / FTC community hash rate.

However, Murphy’s law says the multipools will go up as well. I will look to do a difficulty analysis to see if there is any indications of what has changed, the mining demographic, or hopefully the increase in p2pool will raise the base hash rate up.

Sorted it. Re-installed the app and now seems to work. Looking forward to getting my hands on my rig and pointing it at my pool! thanks for your help guys.

Looks like there might have been some DDoS on Pools (coinotron) going on … Suggest trying p2pool.

I have not tested GTX1070, but have 1050 and 1060, and basing on them your speed 900+ kH/s seems good. I just wonder that fans not working - do you make all power connections? Because it is intensive work and even low calculations make GPUs hot…

Yes, you can turn CPU mining also with such processor, I don’t think there will be any problems (in any case you can always leave one core untouched).

Hi, are you working off a particular guide? when you say wallet, I am assuming you mean feathercoind (daemon)?

I use a solo p2pool for the extra information / hash sharing it, BUT I would assume you do not want to “pay into” the wallet on the miner, but one on a separate machine. In fact, I think you can set no wallet for security.

Any more information like the actual miners you used, GPU, OS etc would probably help diagnose what you need to do.

You can easily try opening the required ports (on you router), the miners are uPNP, so they do try to open a port out, if you’ve got that allowed.

Mining has got technically easier than it used to be, I’ll be interested to see how you get on. Good luck

Their rebates are for the USA only. They also don’t deliver outside the USA. Otherwise their prices are very good.
