My Big Project - Org Chart / Details / Workflow

1. Map out all the positions and match forum members (see screenshot)
2. Finish org chart (it’ll eventually end up on main page with who’s handling each position)
3. I have 80+ surveys complete, need to put everything in a spreadsheet so Wesphily and I can map tasks
4. Better position descriptions - So people have an idea what they are getting into

There will part of the community this is structure and part that will continue to do their own thing. Perfect. In grassroots campaigns I’ve been a part of in the past, this was a winning combination. If you’re in a new position right now and haven’t received details yet, please bare with me, I’m working as quickly as possible.
