      Hey guys thought I’d share my first ever app and legitimate program with you guys. It’s a simple portfolio app made using AppInventor… I’d rather have used Java to write it but it would’ve taken me longer to learn Java then make it than to use AI.

      As it’s using AppInventor, I couldn’t make it that clean since it’s limited, especially with the ad mechanism so I apologize in advance. I’m still waiting on some other ad approvals so I can make a cleaner banner ad rather than a pop up (I just want to hopefully make enough from ads to pay off the $25 I had to pay to sign up to post apps lol).

      It uses the Mt. Gox BTC price and the ratios for BTC from Cryptsy and bases it on the Gox price.

      Currently supports only the more major coins:
      -Feathercoin
      -Phenixcoin
      -Worldcoin
      -Bitcoin
      -Litecoin
      -PPCoin
      -Primecoin
      -Digitalcoin
      -Yacoin
      -Namecoin

      Although I do plan on adding other relevant coins when I have the time to. I may also convert it to Java if I ever find the time to learn it and convert it haha (maybe over winter break since I’m busy with school and work right now).

        This is wonderful, thanks for sharing. If I understand it right your app helps people keep track of their port folio of coins and their net worth?

          Yup, I know there’s a website cryptofolio.info that does this but no app that I could find. Right now it just converts to USD but if I find some time and enough people use it I might add an option for Euro and GBP too.

            Well I don’t have an android but I sent you 10 FTC and I hope that others do the same. Good work man. I will tweet it out again later tonight.

              Thanks for your generosity chrisj! I need to put “Brought to you by Feathercoin” somewhere, maybe if someone makes a small banner that isn’t too bulky I can put there somewhere that matches the color schema I can put that.

                What are the dimensions of the banner ad?

                  I think a good slim banner for the top or bottom would be 350 x 45

                          you’re more than welcome Aysyr :) I currently have a windows phone, but seriously thining about going back to android so I can have all the apps people are putting out there :D

                            I like it, I like it a lot, works as should on my Nexus4, a few feathers on their way for your work! 8)

                              Good to hear Mark, and thanks! I haven’t tested it past my phone and my mom’s so it’s nice to be verified it’s working. And sure, as long as it’s not too out of my league and I have the time I can give it a shot.
