13.9 has been nothing but good to me, and you don’t need the app dev kit since it has it built in

Drivers are not decisive, they make a small difference only. I use 13.9 with success.

Use this settings to get 410 kh per card : -I 19 --thread-concurrency 15232 -g 1 --shaders 1280 --gpu-engine 942 --gpu-memclock 1450
