Mining Rigs
-
Hey All,
Thought it would be good if we could get a thread going with pictures/details of everyone’s mining rigs, I would say I will start but I am awaiting hardware for my frankenrig so I will have mine up next week :P If anyone has any pictures ready to go then feel free to get involved.
Like the USB pen idea for power saving, they are cheap as well, are you a linux distro?
And here’s the second:
Some strong looking fans there, it looks like your using non powered risers with PCI express power connectors straight from the psu onto the cards?

Yes I’m running Ubuntu 12.04 LTS I was running Linux mint but I think I’m beginning to prefer the Unity look and feel.

I pay 0.25…crappy photovoltaics pushed price so high here. And if you compare average wages in Czech and Germany this is really high :( :( :(

Wow, I wasn’t too happy with what mine is now. Guess I should be though.
As of last Friday we are paying $0.12285/KW/H here. (they increased it from 0.12)

Just checked my power bill… 29.403 cents per kWh (this includes GST/tax)
Converted to USD at time of writing, it’s roughly 27 cents per kWh
Or 0.2 Euro’s
Suppose I can’t complain to much.
