Plus if he’s only 21 then it’s a fair assumption he lives with his parents and no wants to have to explain to Mum why her sofa and white goods are being carried out of the front door…

        IMPORTANT:

Everyone on this list, find out what BTC/FTC address your payment went to. Hope needs them so she can use the power of an open ledger to do a simple audit and see if his claims are true.

I’m just going to say Shane, the deeper the hole you dig, the worse it is going to be. Garnished wages aren’t something to laugh about. You are also looking at prison time with the amount of money involved. A man in Cork went to prison for three months for 4000 Euro.

That’s correct. Which is why I really implore you to reach out to me, and avoid this. You’re looking at longer because of the amount, the lies and the fraud, and the number of people involved.

If there is no history of withdraws , you can simply ask them in an email what was the address you withdrawed all the fund to . Anyways , I am a bit dissapointed , because even if it does not sound to much , that 0.184 was all I earned in 1 month of hard work here in Romania , and I hoped that by investing them I earn some extra . Now , my family is mad at me :(( . Anyways , if you lost your wallet on 19 , then why did you keep on selling BITCOIN MINING contracts ? on what wallet the new fund woud go if you had lost your only wallet on your phone ? Hope that things get sorted out

Just WOW, what a dick move FTClover, yea anyone one should be able to see he’s making up lies as he goes. Also I’m sorry for everyone’s loss, but when I saw this starting up and him selling these contracts I was like “Hell no” I’m no genius but this had bad idea written all over it. I would start any legal action you can soon as possible, I really hope people can find some way to told him accountable for his actions and get their money back.

is there a company i can hire that will do a detailed trace on everyone’s payments and where they ended up? I will put money on it they ended up getting sold or sent to an exchange.

I seem to remember reading about a company that traced bitcoins for a fee…

yes he says he lost his phone at 11pm on the 19th, funny that he had spent all the coins he received by 14:09 on the 19th

also even after that he received another transaction on the 20th and spent that also.

It’s not likely to work. There’s no guarantee that coinpayments will use the BTC the client sent to pay out the merchant. In fact if you look at some payment addresses, you see in the next transaction a bunch of them getting swept into a common wallet.

Your best bet is to contact Coinpayments and see if you can get them to help you. But good luck with that, they’re a secretive bunch.

Looks like it - or basically a large enough processor.

Checklist of things needed for Garda file:

                                            1. Copy of Posts regarding project/promises.
                                            2. Timeline of events.
                                            3. PM’s - email correspondance.
                                            4. Cache of the ScryptCloud website.
                                            5. Copy of all transactions.

I’m not sure, but EU-wide laws might have been triggered by the multi-national nature of this. There might be multiple venues for this to proceed legally. I would suggest getting in touch with a solicitor/lawyer based in Ireland that understands fraud related legal hoops. With enough of a docket, the Garda may simply begin a brief investigation that ends with a trial. From then, a solicitor can probably act as a middle-person for the legal hoopla with regards to assets seizure and garnishment.

                                            Good luck all.
