What are all the exact opposite’s to open source philosophy? and what sort of society does that result in?

What are the opposite traits to “open source”

1. Have an impossible and meaningless “Utopian vision”, which is open to any interpretation.

2. Leaders demand conformity, or ridicule differences.

3. Leaders maintain their distance from the “lower” population.

4. Leaders have the power to favour certain actions.

5. Leaders have the power to favour certain people or groups.

6. Leaders can demand action, no matter how meaningless, to ensure activity.

7. Leader restrict intellectual discussion or expertise to an elite with elaborate or ill defined membership criteria.

8. Leaders spend most of there time pointing out differences in others that are outside their “membership criteria”.

9. Leaders, bully, cause emmotional stress and or ignore burnout.

10. They have “Leaders” as such, not “teachers / enablers / mentors / moderators”.

11. Include a moral purpose to task, not a logical purpose and priority.

12. Incredibly long tasks or aims that can not be easily audited.
