I see that fitting more on other sh_tcoins… but, yes it would be absolutely awesome!

You can fork your own fart module and have it as a plug in. I’ll only let that through to my version with massive tips. + It might already have been done.
For this version I want to make more potential of the “music” it makes. As a musician - it has potential to more fully exploit the medium.

Could also add some advertising text poping up once in a while like:
Feathercoin…
Payment of the future…
Hear the coins moving…
Feathercoin…
Nice and relaxing…
I’m not a texter, so there are better texts.
This way one could let it run in a shop or waiting area as backgroud entertainment.

why is there a bitcoin currency symbol in the bubbles? It is confusing, one doesn’t know whether the number is in feathercoins, or converted to bitcoins…

Wrapper - the fork you linked to on GitHub isn’t what’s on the temporary site right? Unless I’m misunderstanding where the code changes are.
I’d like to play around with this and see if I can make it a bit more interesting. Maybe come up with variations of the “bubbles”, actually - maybe even move away from the bubbles altogether. Gonna have to do some research.

Hi mnstruck, I am working as much as possible to learn Github. I’m starting with a white paper. I’ve been really wanting to get the updates for Listen 2 Feathercoin committed.
I’ve also got some extra bits in the FTC p2pool as well, but that is more complicated, it contains other projects.
Github is extremely powerful, but takes some getting into. I’ve tried to add some Github starter instructions - into the README.md of the “Private Address” white paper, so you don’t have to be a programmer to start using Git.
I’ve got slightly more to learn on how to update “Forks” of other peoples projects. Then I’ll add my updates -which were basically a new background image and a tidy up of some outdated links. I was hoping to do some extra sounds at some stage, could be a while though.

There’s a couple of things more in progress, internal reference to listen to wiki, Feathercoin font / png. No Feathercoin API connection.

I’ve changed the work flow so “Listen 2 Feathercoin” test website is now a clone from the Github repository.

the “planet” instrument is awesome, especially when a block is found! it’s like a movie soundtrack.

Futher work :
I’ll work towards adding options to add transparency or use the old bubbles. Working on some new “music” It’s still uses the Bitcoin API polls. Need to research if the Feathercoin API will work straight out of the box, or have to fork / update/ use Litecoin API.

Trying : I’m also experimenting with trying to reduce the pitch - as too many small transactions.
Noted issue : The amount of Bitcoins doesn’t seem correct either (but is going to be changed.
Trying : Have increased the transit speed to stop congestion.
Noted issue: should start up with Planet sounds but still set to Celeste sounds.
Try - Set Sound.change(1); for Sound.init = function() in sound.js - menu to sound relationship is hard coded - Planet is sound 1.
Trying : Set sounds init volume to 20%

I’ve done a lot of fine tuning of the scale, so the notes are to be more applicable to the size of transactions. It shows it could be a bit more musical.

Still a few things I’d like to find, how to set the volume (knob) to 20%, it auto goes to 50%. It would be nice to expose some of the settings to the user, e.g. setting the pitch ranges for transaction size.
