Android Wallet: exchange rates are showing correct values again

The Feathercoin exchange rates shown in the Android Wallet are actual and updated again.
Main cause of the problem, showing old exchange rates was a problem in the Feathercoin api server, which was fixed.
There is no need to update the Feathercoin Wallet.

This is good news :)
It feels good to be working through some of the problems we have with our infrastructure and starting to get the ship back on an even keel.
