Feathercoin Build Review for 0.14

Support for professional aide to create the development plan to move to forking Feathercoin directly from Bitcoin Head.
Currently this is envisioned to be a Feathercoin specific repository, and a method of maintaining an auto build system by a “cherry picking scheme” from the original Litecoin, Darkcoin, zxing repositories etc.
The work will feed into an auto build system from where “features” can be enabled to disabled, automatic test builds and occasional releases will be taken.
