HITBTC scam accusations

I was checking out exchanges for withdrawing some ico tokens i invested in.
What i saw is that a huge number of people have severe problems and complaints with hitbtc lately.From bitcointalk to the entire web, all i can see is Hitbtc scam reports.
Have you guys had an experience with them?

i mean Hitbtc as an exchange in general, seems unreliable especially recently -
