Problem with mac miner

curious

downloaded mac client, downloaded minerd and put in the same folder… but when I try and mine on a pool it instantly “miner exited.” for no reason… can anyone help please?

I have a mac at home. If I forget to try this when I get home from work tonight, just send me a message and I’ll get around to it for you guys.

Also, in the meantime, please post the system info for your macs so I have an idea of what kind of hardware you guys are dealing with.

Do you have Xcode installed with Command Line tools?

Pretty sure though you should be able to just download the latest MacMiner if you are running OSX 10.7+ - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=197110.0
