FTC Client mining

Hello,
Is it possible to mine with the FTC Client?
Updated my Worker account at the pool (give me ftc)
Inserted server, port, Username, Passwort in the client/mining …

All I get is a error message:
Miner failed to start. Make sure you have the minered executable and libaries in the same directory as Feathercoin-QT

i think the client uses the CPU to mine :P

yes and no the yes is you can use it to control the cpu miner minerd. but the no part is you need to put minerd yourself in the folder of the client.

means i put the whole cpu miner folder (files) in the client folder?
Any further things to notice?
Is there a tutorial available?

I am running minerd in tandem with cgminer (gpu miner). What I did was just copy all the file from minerd in to the feathercoin install directory and I didn’t allow it to overite anything that was already there. If that was correct or not I am unsure but it is working. My core 2 quad q8200 @ 2.66ghz is mining on 6 out of 8 threads (2 reserved for cgminer) @ 15.9 KHash/s and my junk GTX 460 is slugging it out at 81.4 KHash/s (overclocked).
