Has anyone else read this book by Ray Kurzweil? In my opinion it has a lot to say and has some very applicable notions to crypto like the law of accelerating returns. What do you guys think?

Never heard of it but I read it’s summary on wikipedia… sounds interesting. Although I doubt AI will be as developed as the author says by 2045

A few years ago I would have agreed with you aysyr. However with Jeopardy! now in the realm of computers, I feel like there is very little knowledge out of reach for Artificial Intelligence. They are already working on converting the Watson technology to be an online web MD of sorts, it would read every and index all of the medical journals and records and be able to diagnose just as well as a doctor.
