Network is at 4.5Ghash now, anythime our diff drops below 100 our hashrate skyrockets, plotting diff againest hash would show a nice graph :)

Yes I’ve noticed everyone pileing in mining, when the difficulty goes down.
Some of that is “auto tradeing on trading profitability”.
Maybe some also change pools on difficulty.
It is starting to piss me off, I keep mining to keep the Feathercoin network going when the difficulty is high, and the big boys nick all my money when the difficulty goes down.

I agree and I would like to add that I think the sites like coinchoose or coinwarz gives a false indicator of what you have to mine:
% Profitability of BTC is the indicator that every one use but they do not consider the volume of exchange every day for each currency or the amount of $ that represents.
If you look at BTC-e, you see that for litecoin there are alomost 1 500 000$ involved in buying and selling for several hundred of thousand of coin, for FTC around 200 000$ for several millions of coins.
With a quick calcultation for other currencies on the other exchange there is less than 20 000$. More over the quantity of the currency exchanged by day is often very low.So the $ per day that is estimated is not complete because you might not be able to sell all your coin at the price they use because there is not enough trade by day.

The only answer is to do more of our own live Feathercoin Crypto / stats / graphs / charts, with more currency stats and information, not tradeing (BS)
I’d help with that if we had a template and a procedure to submit new charts to the Feathercoin forum or website.
