Help Desk and other Features

I’ve have an SMF sandbox setup on one of my sites for test purposes. There’s been a number of features requested directly related to the forum (ex: help desk), I want to make sure I give them the proper testing before recommending adding to our official forum.
There are a few help desk plug-ins I will begin testing starting tonight.

[/quote]We need a better captcha… spammers are getting better and better! When I sent Bushstar my summary emails, I mentioned this was an immediate issue we want to resolve.

[/quote]I see a reCaptcha mod for SMF… exploring a few options. Any option would probably be better than the one built into SMF. :)

For spam management check this thread:
