      The technology is available but used for something else, maybe we can adopt this for ftc to make the network more stable and secure against 51%attacks.

        Any idea how many hashes a smart phone could even put out? I can’t see this being viable, especially considering it would bring down your battery life.

            The mass use is the key my friends, it only works if the phone is connected to the power supply.

              this is what curecoin is using but at another university and it appears to be in ground breaking mode and gaining momentum very quickly ( the folding at home group , not necessary the curecoin yet)
