Loading Screen in next version of QT?

With the Feathercoin QT I have noticed a distinct difference to BTC and LTC, that is the brown wallet loading screen. Whilst I think it is fantastic that the FTC QT opens so quickly on startup I think this loading screen is not a bad idea from a branding point of view. If the same brown wallet picture as BTC and LTC except with the FTC “F” symbol appeared for say just 3 seconds as QT starts, it would give FTC more consistency with BTC and LTC. I realise in the future FTC may want to be more singular and distance itself from BTC and LTC, but from a branding point of view this may be a good idea. I realise I am a relative newbie here so am open to listen to criticisms but just thought I would share some thoughts I had last night in case they were any use to the community. :)

Good idea imo, further important information could be added to this screen, or ftc art, links to important ftc sources/services, a short intro movie, simply the ftc logo (static or animated) with a jingle …
So many possibilities … so less interested?!!

When I open my wallet I don’t want to be overloaded with blinking images, videos or jingles, I just want to access my wallet to do some transactions.
Imagine how boring it would be, if your real life wallet would play a jingle every time you open it. That’s technically doable, so there are reason, that nobody implemented it jet… ;)

I’ve always been a fan of download bars haha. The worst is when you try to download a file online and it’s one of those downloads with no total file size or download bars and you have no clue how long it’s going to take.

A bar to integrate in different browsers (IE, FF, Opera) is a great idea imo.
Mining states, ppc, … could be displayed there … -

[/quote]This is why I was suggesting a set time for the loading screen display, like 3 seconds or something similar. Loading bars that give no indication of the time remaining are just annoying and give you no clue of how long to wait. FTC QT is very quick to load so a graphic displayed for a few seconds would be purely cosmetic and have excellent branding use. :)
