\[ANN\] New Polling feature on Forum

As promised as part of our aim to make Feathercoin a more open and democratic project we have now enabled Polls. Simply click on New Poll at the top next to the New Topic button. I will be holding some later to get feedback.
I’m thinking of this as a bit of an experiment, I’m hoping this doesn’t get too messy :)
Expect more announcement in the next few days, rather than doing one big one I am going to be breaking them up to make the feedback more specific and iterative.
