Getting organised
-
Does anyone have a view on which online organisation and collaboration tools they prefer. I have grown to really like https://do.com since they have a nice interface and you can interact with tasks via email without the need for a browser or app.
I would like to know because it would be good for us to organise our efforts using a tool like this to help delegate tasks out to those who are best suited for the job. I believe Do.com is free and support unlimited number of users for the basic package, it also has an API which we could use to build a Feathercoin Calendar with a roadmap etc.

Do.com looks good I might even suggest using it at work.
We currently use trello.com which is pretty simple but allows you to create whatever project/task structure you want.
Yeah I used Trello in a startup I worked for once, it was pretty good. The problem is all those apps never quite do everything you want and they all have slightly different features so you end up wanting the best of all of them and of course there is no such thing. I might give Do.com a go if nobody has any objections.

Just want to give an update on this. Ruth and I have been working hard testing out do.com to see if it is right for our needs. I am also going to be having a Skype Voice call later with Kevlar to get his feedback. I am considering building this in with his Technical Development board and the Much discussed Kickstarter.
Here are some screen grabs of the do.com in action:

Funky User Interface but it’s invite only unless you pay crappy fiat every month!

Looks like I am 15 mins behind on this! :-[ But I love how meta this image is.
What this means friends is that we can send instructions directly to Bushstar and it will come up on his phone! Mwahahahahaha *cough* *cough*. You can attach documents from Google Docs, Dropbox and sync it with your Calendar. It’s pretty groovy.
Is it available on the Android and the iPhone but not the Windows phone.
Let me know if you want to get in on the action, we are still testing it out. I pixelated the items because I don’t want speculators drooling all over our roadmap manipulating the price even more but I would like a discussion on how we keep ourselves transparent and accountable.
Your thoughts please.
