I was just wondering what pc should I buy to mine I am disabled so cant work so money is an object but saying that I would rather spend an extra £200 on a new one if possible just then I know its not likely to die on me, and I cant build one (which would probably be the best way) what should I be looking out for? and would a second hand one do the job!?

The only thing which is important is that you buy an AMD card. I would recommend 7950 or 7970.
Its not relevant which other stuff you’ve got in your pc, for mining only the GPU matters.

is there any certain chipsets I need or should avoid?

Taking the sides of the pc can help keep it cool, but if your pc has a good airflow you beter not do that.
Software like msi afterburner can help you control the fan speed of your pc, and see the heat of any part of your pc. -
I doubt there are many (any) air cooling solutions that can cool 2x7970s running at 750khs in a case with the side on. The main issue is that the cards are simply too close to each other and the hot air from back of of 1 card get sucked into the fans of the other and it over heats.
Been there, tried it (in a HAF-X with water cooled CPU) and failed. Simple rule, if you want to mine with more than 1 7970 pushed to the max (~750khs) then you need the side off and a desk fan blowing in. If you want 3cards plus you need to look at custom open air setups.
You might get away with running it for a few hours, maybe days if your lucky but you WILL kill the card. Also just cos the core says 80c, doesn’t mean your VRMs aren’t frying themselves.
Mining is NOT the same as gaming. Just cos you can game with 2 cards doesn’t mean you can mine with them.
