What are the limits of using powered risers? I can daisy chain them together but i wanted to hear from someone who was running these a while to make sure i wont burn down my place of employment! Any updates from this old thread?

Also how many video cards does linux/bamt support? I read 5 but i have also read 8.

You can daisy chain em, but only use one of em powered!
All of my rigs has on the one card an powered riser connected to mobo and then a passive riser connected to that riser and to the card -

I tried daisy chaining non powered risers which did not work I’m afraid :(
