Looking for a little advice

So im fairly new to this but have a solid grasp on whats needed to get into mining etc.

I am looking for suggestions on a good pool to be involved with and suggestions on an easy to use mining program.

I see there is a mining program built into the wallet, is this worth using?

Hi and welcome

CPU mining via the feathercoin client is a Good way to try out mining without having to buy any hardware.

There are some great pools out there such as nutnut and d2 pools which are run by our members. As far as pool sizes go I would not worry too much about size as larger pools pay less to each member more often where smaller pools pay out more less often working out pretty much the same.
