Opened up dialog with the Yacoin forum administrator. We’re about reaching out to others and finding ways we can all benefit.

Haven’t been sleeping much, I apologize for the short update.
-
Met with Nikel (Gamer Lead) – He’s working on the voice-over script for the animation.
-
Thanks to T4rQu1N for taking all your features suggestions and placing them in http://feedback.feathercoin.com/
-
Thanks to the PR team for responding to Feathercoin critics in a professional manner
-
Spynappels continues his work on the Exchange Information – please make sure to visit that board
-
Sheepson and his team continues to kick azz on the tutorials. This is key when we start bringing over more non-tech enthusiasts (especially potential miners)
-
Bushstar continues looking into not only shopping cart options but store options locally for FTC
Lots of different projects going on in the community, above is just a quick highlight. If you have a friend that might do a little gaming here and there, spend a few minutes directing them to mining resources here on Feathercoin.

After quite a bit of feedback, I’ll be working with different leads personally on the indie music scene to accept FTC
-
Nikel will start putting together our Gamer miner strategy tomorrow
-
Wesphily continues to plug away at merchant services listings
-
We’re approaching 1000 members. After I’m done with this summary, I’m emailing Bush and Markus concerning how we want to handle press
-
I’ve made a request to the development team to move all posted ideas for new coin features to http://feedback.feathercoin.com/
-
Pyxis and Agozyen are working on a research project to help us on our future direction. I’ve asked them to take a look at other coin communities and see what’s going right and what’s going wrong.
-
The tutorials team now has 5 key members. What they are doing is EXTREMELY important as we start breaking into markets that aren’t computer savvy.
-
I’ll spend time tomorrow and Wednesday on recruiting pool operators and exchange members to assist those great teams
-
I’ve asked the Miner Relations team to start tracking who is currently with us and ways to bring in new blood. As we know, once people find our community, they find a reason to stay
-
The core art team has a great group of talent. I look forward to seeing them help the other departments get their message out
-
I will spend quite a bit of time evaluating all the contest proposals. Even if I don’t pick yours this time, it doesn’t mean the idea won’t be amazing for future contests
** Reminder: DeadZebra and UKMark are your global moderators. If you need threads moved or need issues addressed, please make sure to drop them a friendly PM **

Heavy recruitment for the teams today. Wow, thank you for all the those that are willing to help FTC move forward. To give you an idea of the interest, we actually have 9 people on the merchant services team alone.
-
Zerodrama has announced our own test coin. As we move forward, we’ll have an opportunity to test community requested features before moving into our production coin. Once we get the ball moving, I’ll look to bring in other developers in the community to assist.
-
I’ve create a Leads forum to help better organize all the different areas of Feathercoin development and promotion
-
Bush posted an information thread concerning the attacks we’ve been fighting off. Please review it (sticky) and let us know what else we need to add.
-
We’re ramping up for a big PR push. I will work directly with Bushstar and Markus on the strategy and execution
-
Lots of great news from stories of FUD smashing to cool new art concepts floating around the forums.
-
If you believe in this community, this is a great time to pickup some undervalued Feathercoin. I sold a majority of my Litecoin holdings to purchase FTC. That’s where my confidence with this community stands.
“if you’ve come this far, maybe you’re willing to come a little further.”
