Status display of feathercoin services on web start page or forum start page

We could include a status display either on the web server start page, on the forum page or both, which displays the status of the different server/services.

Something like:

Web server : green
Forum: green
Api: green
Block explorer: yellow

replace the colors with the corresponding symbols

I think the new forums starting to look good, after a bit of tidying. It may be worth looking at the NodeBB add-ons, to see if something like that exists…

@wrapper : It doesn’t. I have checked, but there is a possibility to include own http into the forum page. This may be a way to get the status pages included
