[Ann] New Feathercoin Wallet Design

AFB and I (with some help) have created a refreshed icon set for the Feathercoin Wallet.

It is part of a number of enhancements to improve the design layout of the new forms and produce a guide and help for the use of it’s features. The design criteria was to produce a consistent look and feel to the wallet to match the new FTC Logo and design colour.

To do this an icon review was completed resulting in a number of extra icons and software changes to stop “icon reuse” being made. The wallet has been updated to be operating system theme compliment, this is a “Light Desktop Theme” example with KDE.

So as not to overload the thread there are more screenshots of other wallet screens with the new icon theme in Guide (see Ref:)

Status
There are still some icons to finish, the main two being router connections and FTC “Font Character”

The Feathercoin Wallet version(0.9.3.2 Dev), called “the bridge”, will allow time for members to upgrade. It is then forward compatible for future changes in 0.11.

The Feathercoin 0.11 series will require a hard fork. The current plan being tested is this will be done by the system it’s self, when 50% (or an agreed percentage) of the network is either 0.9.6 or 0.11.
