How do I mine with a GPU? How do I mine Etherium?

It’s a bit of a trick question. I’ve just been seeing how many people are mining Etherium and asking the question, is there any other coins to mine? Etherium have followed Feathercoins lead and have also chosen a memory intensive mining algorithm so as to be ASIC resistant.

The Etherium algorythm is designed to be ASIC resistant because computation of the ethash algorithm requires a large amount of memory (currently over 1 GB and growing). That is not cheap to parallelize because each additional processor also needs its own memory.

To me this (decision of Etherium) justifies some past decisions of Feathercoin and show promise for FTC to be efficient and distributed when using ASIC resistant GPU mining to perform “smart contracts”.
