To answer everyone’s questions, yes, we did pay out the 50 FTC to everyone who qualified for the promotion so thank you! We have experienced about 20 minutes of downtime one night due to a backup issue and have since rectified the issue. The pool has been stable and online without any downtime since that incident.

As we are a new pool, we are obviously looking for more people to join to bring up the total pool’s hashrate. So, please come mine with us and help us get going! We are here to stay and have a dedicated staff always watching and working on the pool. If you have any issues or problems, you can always email us and you will get a response!

I wanted to add Feathercoin to http://www.p2pool.com so that others could mine it along with bitcoin, litecoin, etc. Specifically feathercoin because of their Prostate Cancer UK support. I don’t put many of the alt-coins on p2pool.com, but wanted to include FTC.

Anyway, I think I got it fixed - I re-cloned it and removed the p2pool-rav fork for feathercoin and now it is listening on 19327 and working.

I am not sure what the problem was except a port conflict.

Can I get clarification on how nodes are added to the list? I have a public node that has been online for several months, but it is on a different port,19329. Does it have to be on port 19327? I see there are some others such as p2pool.org:9377 which isn’t on that same port so I’m just curious if these have to be added manually or not.

Might suggest looking at sgminer to.

Since they have forked cgminer.

Cleaned it up and continue to support scrypt on newer versions.

My partner and I’s old nVidia (which is now boxed up and swapped out for an r9 270) was gtx 680 and we got that to 205khash/s using cuda.

Can’t for the life of me remember the settings we used though sorry.

I am running a few 7950’s @ 580 ~ 600 k/hash each (XFX) 200eu (alternate.nl).

Get a cheap board / cpu / ram @ marktplaats.nl and a decent 600watt power supply and you will have a 1mh/s+ rig :)

I re-installed Win 8.1 from scratch and it works…very odd…

1 thing I learned from this:

after installing Win 8.1 and running all the updates apparently this is enough to have the appropriate drivers for the GPUs, no need to download and install AMD Catalyst.

so someone says in other forums and seems correct…maybe installing AMD Catalyst cons=fused things? …mmm…anyway thanks for hte help…

Sounds like your mobo isn’t properly set up in bios to handle all the gpu¨s connected on the pci-e.

That the mobo has x numbers of pci-e doesn’t really mean that it can support the same x amount of gpu´s without some tweaking.

I have a bunch of mobos, and they truly are a nightmare sometimes to get all the gpu´s to be recognized.

Given that aticonfig doesn’t display more than two cards i would say that this your problem.

Take out one card at the time to check which card actually gets recognized, then you get a better picture of which pci-e ports that don’t work, look in manual if some of em are disabled when using 16X slot etc, might be one of em requires the use of ivy bridge processor and the list goes on. I HATE MOBOS! can’t wait to test out my asrock h61 btc mining mobo :) if that is straightforward awesome i might just swap out all my mobos for it.

Yeah, I am trying to only get up to 3 GPUs per rig now. If I only use 2 it is fine, but when I got the 3rd one, it is SICK. So I read that I need to change the --gpu-vddc voltage 10 increment at a time. I am trying to do that. Anyone know how high I can get without burning the GPU?

F43 is the way to go with these cards. :)
